ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made via the website https://astrid-oslo.com/.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
The automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Astrid Oslo® confirms acceptance of your order to the customer at the email address communicated by the latter. The sale will be concluded from the validation of Astrid Oslo® of the payment of the order, i.e. the date of validation of the payment for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Astrid Oslo® reserves the right under all circumstances to refuse or cancel any order from a customer for which there is a dispute related to the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the website, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of the customer's consultation of the website remains subject to stock availability at the Astrid Oslo® and of course at the suppliers.

To create our showcase and sales catalog, we work with databases enriched with information from our suppliers. This database contains more than a hundred items, and not all of these are in our warehouse, so our offer depends on the availability of the items from the suppliers.

Only if an item is permanently out of stock with our suppliers will it be removed from our offer. In other cases, it is possible to place a new order within a certain period of time.

If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed of this via email or on the invoice for the delivered products when ordering multiple items.

Delivery time: When the order is placed and in the order confirmation, the customer is informed of the delivery time. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the transport method chosen by the customer.
From the time the order is placed until it is shipped, the customer has the option to cancel the order.
